Targets should be defined for the specific operation before launch. Results from one pilot should not automatically be applied to another crop, region, or technology.

What to Check Before Scaling

Clarify data ownership, access permissions, backups, export, offline behaviour, and the error-correction process. Check whether an equipment or software provider can be replaced without losing the historical record.

Scale only after the team can run the process reliably in a limited area and understands the support cost. Expanding the footprint should not be the way a basic hypothesis is tested.
