This policy applies to the public pages on threeit.ru and threeit.com, their enquiry forms, and the resulting communications. References to the “site” cover both domains.

When you submit a project form, the site sends your name, email address, selected project type, message, page language, and form source to our internal submissions service.

If you contact us by email or another channel, we receive the message, contact details, and any files you choose to attach.

When the site is accessed, the server and security systems may automatically process standard technical information such as IP address, request date and time, requested URL, browser type, device information, and diagnostic logs.

We use the information to answer your enquiry, clarify requirements, prepare an estimate or proposal, manage further communication, and, if agreed, enter into and perform a contract.

Retention depends on the purpose: responding to an enquiry, maintaining business correspondence, performing an agreement, resolving potential disputes, and meeting mandatory requirements. Records no longer needed for active work are excluded from ordinary access; technical or backup copies may remain until scheduled rotation or longer where law requires it.

If an enquiry does not lead to a project, you may ask us to restrict processing or remove the data earlier. We will assess the request and explain the measure applied, any available exception, and the timing in light of the actual infrastructure and legal requirements.

We do not sell personal data. To operate the site and handle enquiries, information may be available to providers of hosting, server infrastructure, databases, backups, and business communications, only to the extent needed for their role.

Information may also be disclosed to a public authority, court, or other party where required by law or where necessary to protect lawful rights and safety.

The core site stores your selected language in the browser’s local storage under the technical key threeit.lang. It remains on the device until you clear the site’s browser data.

The server may keep standard request logs to deliver and protect the service. The core user journey does not depend on advertising cookies.

If we introduce optional analytics or another technology that requires separate notice or consent, we will update this policy and the site interface before using it.

The threeit.com site serves an international audience. Accessing the site from another country may itself route network information through international infrastructure.

Where personal data is transferred to a provider or recipient in another country, we apply the legal basis and safeguards required by the law applicable to that transfer.

Depending on applicable law, you may request information about processing, access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction, withdraw consent, and object to processing.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Some information may be retained where required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

In the current web journey, data travels over an encrypted connection and ordinary access to the server-side submissions service is restricted. Backups, updates, and administrative access are managed within the infrastructure actually in use and its provider terms.

No method of transmission or storage eliminates risk completely. If an incident affects your rights and requires notification, we follow the process required by applicable law.

The site and project form are intended for business enquiries and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal data. If you believe a child provided data without appropriate permission, please contact us by email.

We may update this policy when the site, our processes, or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page with its update date.
